For the exhibition 'The World of Tim Burton' in the C-mine in Genk, we made this beautiful sand sample. The blocks of EPS200 were finely milled on our 4-axis milling machine. The pieces were glued together and finished into one beautiful whole. The extra detail shaping was a fun challenge for Cristian and Sarah.

Erwin provided a solid coat of polyurea coating and the internal steel structure provides a secure and stable suspension. Chris finished it all off with a lick of paint until the desired look was achieved.

Meanwhile, the sand sample has been given a permanent home in Genk's library.
